When looking through the personal training options on thumbtack, Full Scale Fitness stood out to me the most. I saw they only have trainers with their college degree and I think that’s great!Dec 31, 2018Verified
This was just what I needed to get a jump start on my fitness program! Alex, my trainer, made sure my form was correct, answered any questions I had, and texted our workouts so I could do them on my own. I've had a financial setback with my job, but once that is resolved I would like to have Alex come back to continue working with me. I would highly recommend Full Scale Fitness!Jun 19, 2019Verified
I've been training with Full Scale Fitness for 6 months now, and in that time my strength & stamina has improved greatly! I've gained so much knowledge about working out. I'm not intimidated when I go to the gym anymore! No matter what your fitness level is Andy will help you reach your goals. I highly recommend contacting him if you want an experienced personal trainerNov 20, 2017Verified
I'm not the easiest client in the world. I have back problems, I have a busy schedule, and I'm deeply introverted. Full Scale Fitness has been amazing. From giving me workouts that help strengthen my back to moving around the days we meet just to fit my schedule, my trainer Andy has exceeded my expectations as a personal trainer. Highly recommended!Apr 14, 2017Verified
There are many trainers out there but not too many have the depth of knowledge Andy has. As a person with mad google skills and a bachelor’s in OT, there’s a lot of information I’ve heard before. Right from the first assessment, Andy has impressed me that work together will be highly personalized and professional, and well worth the money compared to the other options out there.Dec 24, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our rates are fixed and based on how many sessions the client trains each week. The price includes travel time to and from the client's location! Our cost is: - $65.00/session at 1x/wk. - $60.00/session at 2x/wk. - $55.00/session at 3x/wk. - $50.00/session at 4x/wk. - $45.00/session at 5x/wk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We begin our personal training services with an in-depth health assessment. This process is free of charge and really gives the trainer and client an opportunity to know each other! This assessment is clinically based with anthropometric measurements, cardiovascular health and testing, body composition assessments, postural assessments and more! We don't guess, we assess. With each client receiving an in-depth assessment from their professionally skilled trainer, they will have comfort knowing that they're getting the absolute best available!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Each trainer is not only certified by a nationally recognized personal training organization, they also have (at-minimum) their bachelor's degree in the field of Exercise Science. Each trainer is CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross. Our owner has personally worked under LeBron James Biomechanist Donnie Raimon. He holds a DBC-1 certification - the only one in Ohio!
