- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
35.00 a session. A session is one hour. In the one hour we work cardio, meaning, treadmill, elliptical, stepper and or exercise bike. If I have a client that wants to make the cardio more interesting we can do step aerobics, kick box and low impact aerobics since I did teach aerobics for many years. We then work every specific muscle for strength and firming the muscle to burn more fat, We also work the core and back with pilates and the exercise ball. Last we stretch every muscle that we worked with stretches and deep breathing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation to make sure I can assist them in reaching their goals. I ask qualifying questions to see if I am the right Personal Trainer for them and if they are the right client for me. I can only change clients lives that are ready to change!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 certifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Kickbox, step aerobics. I have been a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer for 15 years. I worked at Summa 5 years and the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium 19 years. I have certifications in: Nutrition, Working out for people over 50, Strength Training, Cardio Training, Interval Training and many more.
