I contacted Jim because my kitchen sink was plugged. He quickly made it over to assess the situation and give me a free price. He explained everything thoroughly, including the occasional risk of the drain machine and gave me a price that beat every company I called. This job ran almost $300 at some companies, and he was nowhere near! The first machine wasn't long enough and he didn't raise his price to use a larger machine. He removed a lot of waste from the drain and opened it up for me. I received the customer service of a company without the outrageous prices. He left me a card and he will be the only one I call and refer! Thank you James!
