Very pleased with everything. I worked with George from the start. He helped me deal with my insurance company and get that all straightened away and approved. We had to fight with the weather for a while, since it turned bad so early. They were out the first day warm and nice enough. I was traveling when they did the roof tear off and installation but George kept me in the loop the whole day with pictures of every step. Everything was snow covered when I got back into town a couple weeks later but when everything did melt I was again very pleased with how the roof looked and how well they had cleaned up and maintained everything. I Highly Recommend using Exteriors Plus.

William was involved every step of the wayfrom the initial inspection, through meeting with the insurance adjuster, to being present on the day of the installation and following up afterward. He was always available to clarify questions, explain the process, and make sure everything stayed on track.
