Roofsmith Restoration has its very own training roof at our offices in Northeast Ohio, where we put each installer through rigorous training. Roofsmith Restoration was born in the summer of 2009, while the recession was on. High-quality tradesmen were sitting at home due to the collapse of the homebuilding market here in North East Ohio. The idea of putting these master craftsmen back to work was the brainchild of Mike Farist. He saw the need these men had to apply their years of experience and tradecraft, and the need that homeowners had to find a company that they could trust employing people passionate about performing with excellence. From humble beginnings, Roofsmith has quietly grown into a small but thriving roofing and restoration company, servicing both residential homeowners and commercial property owners. From the very first Amish crew that put on the very first roof; Roofsmith has adhered to a very old, simple, and powerful business model. Treat everyone in the loop of a project as important, and in fact as slightly more important than the company itself. This applies to the customer, the men performing the work, the estimators measuring and figuring out the job, and it even applies to the manufacturers and suppliers of the materials used. They presented many options as well as laid out the pros and cons of each to help us make the best decision for us based on many factors. If I had to do it all over again I wouldnt change a thing. WOWmy new roof looks great and my home looks updated! From the very first phone call I could tell this company was professional. The contractor, Bjorn, answered all my questions and explained each step of the process, as my job was handled through insurance. He kept me informed from the beginning to the end of my project. All information was verbally explained to me and also in writing, which was easy to refer to. The roofing crew were timely, polite and respectful of my home and yard. They kept materials neat and cleaned as they worked. High quality materials and workmanship has improved my home for sure. Im very happy with my new roof from Roofsmith Restoration.

Roofsmith did a great job on my house. They did the Shingles, copper flashing on the chimney with soldered seams, metal roof on a back extension, all new fascia and gutters. The different crews working on this job all did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this company. Nate was the lead, he was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is a credit to the company.
