- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weddings are $125 an hour with a $750 max. Parties are $300 for 4 hours. I am running a special for the remainder of 2015 for $499 for reception only. $599 for ceremony and reception or reception over 6 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting. If they like what I tell them they sign the contract and pay a deposit. Two weeks before the event date we have a final meeting to go over all their details and they pay their final balance. Simple as that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly scouring the internet reading articles on the industry, keeping up with current music and trying to stay up with current technology.
