Super responsive, literally had an inspection set up within an hour of requesting a quote. Report was extremely detailed and caught several things that had completely escaped my notice during my initial tour of a property. All in all, one of the best experiences I've ever had with a homeinspection.

I would've chosen all the listed responses above. But you could only choose 3. Even though I wasn't there in person to observe the whole process. l appreciate Mike Lamb taking the time out do this inspection on short notice. I definitely am learning a lot in the process of being 1st time home buyer. And all the information provided in report is very efficient. We had a great experience with Mike. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to explain everything he found in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we were kept informed every step of the way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate by the square footage of home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask questions specific to property, then I explain how the home inspection process works, what I am going to look for and what I am going to inspect. Answer any additional questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified through Homespection training institute in home inspections and Ohio department of health in Mold testing. State of Ohio Radon tester, Veterans Administration Specially adaptive housing inspector (SAH). Many certification through InterNACHI, which can be seen on my website.
