The experience with this company was awful. They took FIVE days to complete a job they quoated at a day and a half. The painting they completed was half rate at best-sloppy, incomplete and not properly taped off or prepped. They did not follow the color scheme I asked for on my front door. The tiling work they completed was unprofessional and incomplete. They improperly mixed the grout. Within ONE day of the completed tiling the grouting began crumbling and cracking. Within ONE week the grout was coming out in chunks. It took FOUR phone calls to get an answer about the grout. After one cancelled appointment folliwed by a no call no show I've given up on getting the work fixed. I will be filing against this company in small claims court and with the better business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR TIME MANAGMENT AND LACK OF QUALITY WORK COMPLETION. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY-HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

Kris painted the trim in my living room. She is a hard worker, doing everything I asked and more. On time, worked neatly. No muss, no fuss. Kris did a great job and is so nice! I would recommend her to anyone!
