He arrived exactly when he said he would and immediately took over, measuring my window and deciding on the best size air conditioner for my space. Then he went above and beyond — shopping around to find the best option for me. When he found it at Lowe’s, he texted me photos, I purchased it online, and he went back to pick it up and bring it to my home. He ran into a major hurdle when the outlet had no power, but instead of telling me to call the electrician who messed it up years ago, he calmly said he could handle electrical work — and fixed the problem himself! Nothing deterred him, and he stayed with it until the job was 100% complete. Terry even followed up later that evening to check if the house was cooling down (it had dropped from 83° to 75°). This morning, I woke up to a wonderful surprise — the house was a perfect 64°! If you want someone who is reliable, skilled, and refuses to quit until the job is done right, Terry is your guy.
