I cannot thank him enough for coming to our rescue! My poor cat accidentally got stuck behind some insulation in the crawl space of our basement and we could not get him out! Alex answered my late night message almost immediately and came out early the next morning. He was quick to assess the situation and get to work, freeing our terrified little dude and trying to help us gather him safely.
