A great experience! Dillon and Kyle and their crew did an excellent job refreshing our landscape beds. They pulled all the weeds and grass, trimmed overgrown shrubs, relocated a few plants, edged all beds deeply and crisply, and then applied triple shredded mulch with great care. They worked methodically and meticulously, and were exceptionally responsive to questions and suggestions. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quoted price for any service is the maximum we ever charge. Customers often get refunded and charged less than the agreed upon price, when services are completed faster. When they take longer they are not liable. Our current hourly labor rate is $55.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting in person for initial estimates when possible. After visiting a property we typically have a detailed quote emailed within a day. Quotes can be approved online and then we schedule it within 24 hours. Prompt and clear communication is what we strive for every step of the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Landscape Contracting Bachelor Degree from Cuyahoga Community College program. Multiple OLA courses for plant care.
