The sales commission to sell a home is competitive and based on the sales price of the home . As a partner in a title company, my clients receive discounts on the closing costs and title services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step I take in working with new clients is to discuss your timeframe and goals in selling or buying a home. The next step would be for me to detail the steps and plans I would take to meet your goals most effectively. My services are very personalized and tailored to a client’s unique needs. To enable providing the highest level of client service, I only take on a limited number of clients. When you hire me, you get direct access to me at any time, not an assistant or team member.
