I recently had my property inspected by Joe, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I contacted him, he promptly scheduled the inspection within 24-48 hours. Joe arrived on time and ready to thoroughly inspect the property. We approached Joe with a request to do a GH inspection with a little more than 48 hour notice for a job our previously chosen inspector was unresponsive to our request to move the date by two days. Joe was extremely professional, kind and showed up 30 minutes early…his standard practice he let us know in advance. His knowledge base is extensive.
