- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off sq footage, type of job, e.g. painting interior trim, is the trim damaged and need repairs or is it new so I can start painting right away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer, especially the indecisive ones or the ones who have ideas but are still unsure. Knowing a little about someone, i.e. kids, favorite colors, lifestyle, number of people at particular events, allows me to understand and help that person make the right decisions, on that particular job, so that they may enjoy what they paid for, for a very long time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold licenses in OSHA, Union Hall, Respiratory Fit, CPR, etc.
