- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair with our pricing. It depends on size of home and if you have an attached garage. Decks also vary. Basic prices are listed on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat them like family. I am present on all jobs and make sure everyone gets a great job. We repair lots of things free when we can!
