- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty easy, standard ceremony is $60 + $25 travel for rehearsals if needed. If we are going farther than 50 miles there will be an additional $25 fee for travel to cover fuel and wear / tear. After that it is all negotiable. For wedding planning services: We will work within any budget as best we can to provide you with the best wedding day possible. Payment terms might be available, depending on situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FOR OFFICIANT: After being hired we like to do a teleconference. Then as the time approaches we do a face to face to work out specifics. WEDDING PLANNING: Do an initial teleconference to get an appointment date & time set then an initial meeting to get paperwork and ideas down and start into the planning....
