A Catered Affair is a "full service" catering company serving Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and South Eastern Indiana. We also service the Dayton Ohio and Columbus Ohio markets, as well as Louisville and Lexington in Kentucky, and Indianapolis in Indiana. We cater all types of events, both social and corporate. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and appetizers for weddings, rehearsal dinners, company picnics and cookouts, holiday parties, religious celebrations, retirement parties, grand openings, and so on. We have a complete menu on line, or we can design a menu to specifically meet your needs. China, glassware, and linens are available. Service personnel and bar tending services are available. An extensive list of references can be given.
We love to make each and every event that we cater, as unique as the customer ordering it. We can design a menu to fit the customer's wishes, desires, and needs. We can make a menu to work for most budgets and dietary restrictions, yet offering a wonderful display of foods that are delicious and crowd pleasing.

I had a phenomenal experience with A Catered Affair for my wedding reception. It was very easy to coordinate with the staff beforehand, so I didn't need to tend to anything on the wedding day. They had everything set up at the hall exactly as needed and it looked very professional. The staff did an amazing job of tending to the buffet and cleaning, and all with a smile. The food was delicious, and I got so many compliments about the great food and great service. I would recommend A Catered Affair for any event - I am incredibly pleased with my decision to have them cater my wedding!

Our bartender Mike was great! Very nice, informative, and very helpful!!! Chuck was also great to work with for planning and ideas. He always responded quickly to my emails to answer any questions I had. Thanks A Catered Affair!!!

A Catered Affair did an excellent job. The food was wonderful!! Lots of choices for our guests. The staff was so pleasant and the lady in charge( name escapes me right now) was absolutely wonderful and such a delight. She provided great service and had an awesome, sweet, gracious personality! Loved her. Again, everything was wonderful and went smoothly:) Thanks A Catered Affair!!!

Thanks to Chef Chuck and Chef Sven for the wonderful food. Miss Wanda was the best attendent and helped make our Celebration Of Life for my Father the most memorable day. She knew exactly what to do and was fantastic to work with. Everyone had great things to say about the food and the professional service. A Catered Affair is part of our family now.

A Catered Affair did a wonderful job catering my pharmaceutical event in Indianapolis. They had no access to a kitchen and the food was perfect......even after the 2.5hour drive from Cincinnati. They set everything up for me and I did not have to do a thing. Everything was supplied (plates, plastic ware, drinks, ice, cups, warming dishes, etc). Made my life so easy!!!
