Everything from our kitchen starts from fresh product and is produced in-house and at the last possible minute. We do not prepare and freeze and we don't use convenience products. The nature of our work is custom cooking so every client has different desires and we cater to them all. Ethnic cooking- to the best of our ability. Special diets- we have heard it all and do the best we can to research products to meet special needs.

I found Cuisine East West through Thumbtack. I needed a caterer to create and deliver the right menu for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary party. My experience working with Charlie was very positive, from our initial phone call to the actual event. The party was this past weekend and Cuisine East West delivered with excellence. The presentation was lovely and the food was delicious. I received countless compliments from the guests about the wonderful food. I will be calling Charlie again when the need arises.

Cuisine East West catered a plated dinner celebration for 32 under tent for my wife's 50th birthday. They provided the food, servers, prep staff, bar staff, table settings and barware for the entire event. In sum everything was excellent. The food was well prepared, flavorful and impeccably presented. Charlie's many years of industry experience managing establishments like Trios, the Bankers Club, the Metropolitan Club and others allowed him to provide excellent guidance in developing the menu and staging the event. The service staff - Rob, Mike and Evin - were absolutely top notch. We found them to be personable, friendly, attentive, and hard working. We were very pleased with Cuisine East West.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love food and I love being creative. I also enjoy wearing many hats and I never get to know how my day is going to go until it has gone.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate lunches...buffets for 20-150 people. Salads, Grilled and Roasted Meats and prepared vegetables and side dishes. I love brownies!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A bridal shower at a client's home. She provided the recipes for each dish and the food was all outside of our norm, ingredients we would never otherwise use...we rose to the occasion and wowed the party and we made a friend of the client and we've back to do more.
