I contacted Fivefingers for installing duct work. I was charged a service fee/ diagnostic fee of 60.00 that was not mentioned. He looked at the furnace and was trying sale or service my furnace. I explained I don’t need a furnace in the summer. The conversation was going no where and I become frustrated. The reason for the call Was not addressed as I expected. I just asked him to leave. Please check the credentials before hiring or scheduling an appointment.
