FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After giving the customer an education to make an informed decision. It has always been our policy to give the customer all possible repair solutions and the most cost effective repair in our experiences since 1984.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Forty years experience. I hired employees that are experienced professionals and they taught me. And my father was an engineer with multiple degrees from Xavier and UC and being a perfectionist, we did all our own home projects. Having 8 kids bought a home every 2 or 3 years renovating the houses and making a profit. Projects ran from all new plumbing, electric, insulation, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms to room additions, digging out basements putting in concrete floors to leveling a 3 story Victorian house 3 and 1/2 inches to leveling a 4000 square foot Victorian horse and carriage barn front 7 and a half inches.
