What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're not the cheapest on Thumbtack, on purpose. Every visit is the owners themselves, and we do the details most crews skip: baseboards, window tracks, vents, the top of the fridge. Every job gets one flat price, agreed at a free walkthrough before any work starts. No hourly meter and no surprise add-ons. Our minimum visit is $140. Weekly and every-two-week clients get a discount, and recurring rates are locked in after the first clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message us your home size and what you need. We set up a free walkthrough at your home, give you one flat price, and book a day that works. After that you see the same faces every visit.
