- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be competitive and we know you want the best "deal" for your project. We try to be a deal-breaker by offering high-quality workmanship, fast response time and easy and timely communication with our customers while offering a very competitive bid. All of our estimates include labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect as much information that we can to better understand your project. For small jobs, we can usually give you an estimate based on your description and/or pictures. For larger jobs, we will need to do a site evaluation to better understand the project. We will work with you and your schedule to arrange a free estimate in a timely fashion. Once an agreement is made we will schedule the job at a time that is convenient for you. Our technicians will be prompt and keep you informed of expected arrival times. We are always available to answer your questions by text, email or phone and will get back to you as soon as we can. We want to make sure there are no disappointments in our communication with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians average over 25 years of experience each. They have been working with homeowners and business owners over a lifetime. They are experienced, proud of their work and aim to please each and every customer.
