Introduction: I am a personal trainer who is looking to grow her business. I have been working as a personal trainer for over 2 years and have taught group fitness for over 1 year. I specialize in weight loss, novice exercisers and high-intensity interval training. I am certified through ACSM, as well as hold a bachelor's in human nutrition/exercise science and have a master's in health education. I work hard to motivate my clients and get the results that they want while still having a good laugh at the same time. My sessions last 45 minutes and include a warm-up, workout and cooldown/stretch.
