I thought that I was going to have a good experience, but after not showing up once for a scheduled visit, then myself calling to reschedule, Mr. Steven came out and gave me a quote for the work, we set up a time and date and he never came back. I have left 2 additional VM's and he has yet to follow up. He continued to use the excuse that he was busy, which I understand but bad customer service and follow up. I was very disappointed.
