The price was negotiable and he showed up every single day until it was finished very happy with the sump pump addition as well as the bathroom addition In The basement ... I thought having to have the basement floor jack hammered and plumbing it tied into the existing was going to be a nightmare but it wasn't it was streamlined no problems and everything works great
