Amazing experience working with Derek and his crew!! He helped me redesign my unfinished basement, taking it from absolutely nothing to a crazy cool studio apartment! He went above and beyond in all of the details and was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. Halfway through the job I decided to hire him for more work upstairs. Highly recommend!

Derek was very responsive and easy to work with. Him and his guy stuck around to finish the project the same day even though it took longer than expected - which was very helpful bc the work was in our only restroom in the house. He replaced a light fixture, moved a junction box, replaced our bathroom vanity sink, and painted the bathroom. Would be happy to work with him again in the future.

Derek and his team did an outstanding job of building us a wet bar in our basement. It has been a dream of ours to have a bar to entertain family and friends and my wife and I are so happy we found Derek. The final build exceeded our expectation in every way! From the tile work, to the bar countertops to the floors - everything was custom built. Derek added in extras here and there to surprise us - an extra outlet where we didn't even know we needed one and LED lights under the bar that have turned out to be one of our favorite features. It is those little details that separate from him other contractors. He was always great about communicating with us and although the project took longer than anticipated, we honestly could not be happier and would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a great partner in their next home improvement project.

Derek and his team did an awesome job with the main bathroom remodel. He took over the work after another contractor failed to execute and he managed it extremely well. He was on time, communicated well and the attention to detail was appreciated. He also gave guidance with the layout and had a couple of nice surprises to make it look spa like. I couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

I can't thank Derek enough for taking on my kitchen reno project. He successfully turned my vision into a better reality than imagined. I book smaller projects at an hourly rate and larger projects at a flat rate that I give you before starting the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For larger projects I discuss their goal, do an estimate if needed, plan out the work, generate a contract, then perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training has been on the job for the most part. I have taken a few classes at Lowe’s and Home Depot on tiling, flooring, framing, etc.
