Tom and his crew were hired to thoroughly clean a condo that was going to be listed for sale. They cleaned everything including oven, refrigerator, cabinets, blinds, bathrooms, etc. They arrived when they said they would and the condo was cleaned well and ready for listing when they were done.

I have to take some time to tell everyone on here, that Tom has done a FANTASTIC job cleaning my apartment. The building is very old, and my tenant makes it very dirty. I looked for cleaning company here, and found Tom, he always responds very quickly. Because of his excellent reviews here, I picked him. He showed up exactly at the time that he promised! They showed up at 12pm. He told me that he would need 2-2.5 hours to finish the work. When I checked with him if he was done with the cleaning at 2:15, he told me that my place was dirtier than he expected, and told me that he would need another hour. So I checked again at 3:15, he told me that he needs another hour. Eventually, he finished the job for 4.5 hours. Since I was not able to be at present, I asked one of my tenants to check, and they told me that the bathroom which had molds now looks brand new after the cleaning. And I stopped by the house and verified that the cleaning is incredibly well done. Tom did not stop until the excellent result is delivered. I'd encourage all of you to hire Tom, he offered very fair price, I'll give all my future jobs to them. In short, 1. Tom offered me fair price; 2. always responsive, patient, and professional on answering any questions; 3. show up exactly at the time that he promised 4. Quality is guaranteed, they rather take longer to make the job done right than cutting corners 5. No reason that I hire someone else in the future. Thanks, Tony

First we meet with our clients to discuss their cleaning needs, as well as an agreeable price, fit for the amount of work needing to be done. Next we establish each of our employees' job. And finally, we clean until our client is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seeing as there is no high school or college class about cleaning, the fact that I've been cleaning houses with a passion all of my life.
