I have to take some time to tell everyone on here, that Tom has done a FANTASTIC job cleaning my apartment. The building is very old, and my tenant makes it very dirty. I looked for cleaning company here, and found Tom, he always responds very quickly. Because of his excellent reviews here, I picked him. He showed up exactly at the time that he promised! They showed up at 12pm. He told me that he would need 2-2.5 hours to finish the work. When I checked with him if he was done with the cleaning at 2:15, he told me that my place was dirtier than he expected, and told me that he would need another hour. So I checked again at 3:15, he told me that he needs another hour. Eventually, he finished the job for 4.5 hours. Since I was not able to be at present, I asked one of my tenants to check, and they told me that the bathroom which had molds now looks brand new after the cleaning. And I stopped by the house and verified that the cleaning is incredibly well done. Tom did not stop until the excellent result is delivered. I'd encourage all of you to hire Tom, he offered very fair price, I'll give all my future jobs to them. In short, 1. Tom offered me fair price; 2. always responsive, patient, and professional on answering any questions; 3. show up exactly at the time that he promised 4. Quality is guaranteed, they rather take longer to make the job done right than cutting corners 5. No reason that I hire someone else in the future. Thanks, Tony

Used T.A.S. for moving out cleaning. Crew arrived early and I was notified of their arrival. Tommy was friendly and professional in all of our interactions. He explained what that will do and approximately how long it would take. He notified me 1/2 hour before completion upon my request. His duration estimate was very accurate. All floors were cleaned, baseboards wiped, kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Appliances were all thoroughly cleaned. The house was left looking and smelling very clean.
