Very responsive initially. Clean seemed solid except they threw away items I was not expecting. I listed it as a move out clean but I still had some lingering items to move. I didn’t expect them to throw them away. After messaging them they never got back to me and it’s been over a month so a little disappointed in the follow up.

The two cleaners arrived on time and worked non-stop for many hours for my deep clean. They had their own specialized products and equipment. There were a few things I wish they had noticed and/or cleaned better, like dust under furniture, on fans and lightbulbs, but overall my house needed a lot of work due to some remodeling so I was pleased with what they accomplished.
