- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee per job based on size and # of rooms. Any furniture, materials, or decor pieces purchased are at cost so our incentives are aligned to get the best pieces at the best cost!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet to discuss your design preferences and goals. Then we will spend time in the space so I can get acclimated and understand what the future state could look like. We will work together to pick out what new items are needed. Then we will have a super day where we install everything and transform the space!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Come prepared with your spending budget - how much do you want to spend on new items? Also come prepared with preferences - do you love or hate anything in particular? Do you know what design vibe you are going for? What functionality requirements are there desk space, TV, bookshelf, facing windows, etc. This is your space and I am here to help you make it perfect!
