We utilize a three man crew with over 50 years combined experience and expertise to complete your project in a timely, workmanlike fashion. We work regularly, our schedule can fill up quickly, however, we do have some flexibility which permits us to tackle emergency projects, so contact us soon.
Our specialities include : interior and exterior re-paints, new construction, apartment turns, historic restorations and real estate investor renovations.

Lyle responded to my painting request right away and started the next morning. He picked up the paint color I requested and gave me frequent updates while I was out of town. I was thrilled to come home to a freshly painted house! He did a fantastic job. I would recommend him for any painting needs!

Lyle did a really large painting project of over 11 rooms. He did a great job. He and Morris were Incredibly personable and pleasant. The project took quite a bit longer than anticipated, some of the time is attributed to late starts. Overall, very good experience with them. One of the most impressive is their willingness to move the furniture back to place even when they needed to put up a second coat. Would recommend anytime.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge reasonable rates for quality craftmanship: by the job, by the hour, or by the square foot, our aim is to provide value, treat the customer fairly, and make them feel comfortable. Our by the square foot pricing ranges between $2.00 to $3.00 per square foot and reflects applying two coats of paint to all walls, ceilings, and trim including materials. Preparation is important, our prep includes; scraping, sanding, caulking, drywall / plaster repair and finish, filling of nail holes, etc.. Pride and attention to detail are essential in providing a great substrate for the application of a smooth, durable finish coat. We are not the cheapest, however, we offer exceptional return on investment for a quality product
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the property to assess the scope of the work, we formulate a price quote, and we schedule the job upon acceptance of the quote. It's your project and we want to do all we can to understand what will make you happy before, during and after the project is completed, In doing so we welcome all avenues of communication, via text, phone, email, or in person, whatever helps you convey your wants, needs and wishes best. We look forward to working with you.
