I understand with all the rain, the constant setbacks, but every time he showed up, he didn’t even have his own tools. He was using our shovels our wheelbarrow every time he would come he would have to leave and go back to the store and get stuff and waste time in between all this rain when they left I just felt like it was a mess. They didn’t wipe the mud off the top of the crave the French drain Very unsatisfied with the whole process.
