What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by confirming the type of document needing notarization, the number of signers, the appointment location, and scheduling details. I also review identification requirements and answer any questions before the appointment. Once we meet, I carefully verify identification, complete the notarization process accurately, and ensure everything is handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public and have completed the required training and background screening necessary to provide professional notary services. I continuously stay informed on Ohio notary requirements and best practices to ensure every notarization is completed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with state guidelines.
