- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several packages to fit our clients needs. 2 Moving Techs are priced at $105 per hour and come with are 3 hour minimum and a $60 fuel surcharge. 3 Moving Techs are priced at $165 per hour with a 3 hour minimum and a $80 fuel surcharge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what exactly the customer needs and making sure it gets done in a timely manner with while maintaining professionalism. Also educating them on the differences between using a professional moving company, and explaining some of the advantages and how to properly prepare themselves to ensure the move goes a smoothly as possible.
