My experience with Grand Eagle could not have been any better. They were FANTASTIC!!! They arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew was more than nice, and they knew just how to move all my heavy and antique pieces. They worked from start to finish and was worth every single dollar. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Grand Eagle, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to pricing. We charge for Labor Time, Travel Time, Fuel, and optional materials (boxes, tape, mattress bags, etc..). If you do not use materials, then we do not charge for them. We also include FREE protective padding for your furniture and other household goods.
What types of customers have you worked with?
