I hired these guys to transport a large refrigerator. From the beginning my experience was outstanding! They responded quickly to my initial inquiry. They were very communicative. They sent frequent updates with their ETA. They arrived on time! And most importantly, they made the refrigerator move seem effortless!! They wrapped it and transported it with care. They packed my stuff. However, there were some things that I didn’t like about the packing and moving my stuff. The service I picked was for them to pack my stuff, they didn’t bring tape and they didn’t actively listen to what I did/didn’t want packed by them. I feel because they did not listen it added at least an extra hour or two to the packing time. They took a five and half hours to pack and load a one room place. They also were careless about how they packed my glass items and there was plenty of packing paper to use. One of the movers was unprofessional enough to complain the whole time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing/ Additional fees - Two hour minimum (unless otherwise discussed beforehand) - Stairs (charged by the flight, which is 6 or more stairs) $25 per hour per flight - Basic Assembly/ disassembly starting at $75 - $75 come out fee - Same day service: extra 10% charge
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather information about the move. Location, stairs, items etc. then we confirm a date. Next we setup a good faith deposit. Before moving day, we advise the client to make sure everything is packed, disassembled and ready to go before moving day(unless packing and disassembly is added). Be sure to review our policies and terms before moving day; it is located on our website. Lastly moving day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 10 years of moving experience! We continue to learn new techniques everyday by researching and trail and error!
