- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $118 an hour for two movers, including a 17' box truck. For larger moves, each additional mover is $59 per hour. We unload and load trucks and PODs for folks moving in or out of town. We charge $49 an hour per mover for this service. We don’t have mileage fees, trip fees, or any other fees other than an hour fee for movers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer typically books the move date and time online. Then, they receive a confirmation email and we will show up when the appointment is scheduled.
