Leaders Moving was great! They showed up on time and got the job done. They were extremely careful and wrapped all of my furniture to avoid any damage. They had excellent communication prior to the appointment and the day of. Thanks! I would not hesitate to hire them again.

It was our first time moving to a new home and we decided to hire movers last minute! Richie responded to my request right away and I received a quote just as quickly! The following day, Tyler gave me a call when they showed and they were RIGHT ON TIME! Everything was great, I met them all, (Tyler, Dion, and Michael), they were all professional and respectful. We did a walk through to make sure they knew where everything was supposed to go and I felt very safe and comfortable watching them round tight corners that I thought would never work. It was great! Nothing was broken in any of our boxes, and if we need to move or store anything again, we know who to call! If you’re trying to decide who to choose to move your valuables and home items, it’s not a question, choose Leaders!

These guys are AWSOME! They were timely and let me know exactly when they were coming via texts. Two 'skinny' guys picked up and GENTLY moved a very heavy armoire that it took 4 guys with moving straps to move originally. They worked constantly, carefully and cautiously and damaged nothing. And the price was great even after I added an extra stop. I'll never use another mover!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Leaders offers a guaranteed, flat-rate pricing model based on conditions of the move (stairs, distance to truck, distance traveled), services (moving, packing, storage), and inventory to be moved. This differs from many other hourly rate movers, because you know what you are going to pay going into your move. You also have the option to add or subtract services at any time to raise or lower your price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically call in or go to our website and fill out a quote online. Once the quote is complete, customers have the option to book their move. Once booked, our operations team will reach out one or two days before the move date for final confirmation and to assist in any way. When the movers show up on move day, the crew leader will perform a walkthrough and verify the inventory to be moved. The movers will then get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners, many office staff, and movers have completed over 150,000 moves collectively since 1994. Individually, many of these people have completed hundreds to thousands of moves. In fact, our highest move count for an employee is approaching 7,000 moves.
