My partner and I were very nervous about what to do about what to do about planning our special day. We reached out to an Event Planner and never heard back, but out of nowhere Rosanna came along and we set up a time a to interview each other. Our first conversation was at first awkward not because of Rosanne but because my partner and I didn’t know what we were doing. That was short lived because when talking to Rosanne she made us feel like we were her priority. That what we were dreaming of in our special day was not just a dream but could become a reality. Her prompt responses and creative outlook not only made us comfortable but made us believe that we would have an original day that we could remember forever. Rosanne is 100% responsible for my total joyfulness, happiness, and seemingly effortless wedding! From the start, she helped in every detail not simply by following my instruction, but by adding input and suggestions, which in my case was greatly needed. She handled everything from the smallest detail to the big stuff that would probably have been overwhelming to even seasoned hosts/hostesses! She said “trust me” and I did.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Because there are so many different details for the events that I plan it is hard to give an exact pricing system. I look at every event individually. Is research needed? How many meetings or calls will need to be made? Is shopping or assembling required? Is set-up or clean-up required? Is consultation service only or day of service or more needed? I try to be reasonably priced working with my customers budget and offering suggestions to help with this if needed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically my first response to a customer is by e-mail or phone. Then I usually request a meeting to go over details, get to know the client better to customize their requests. In some cases it is necessary to visit with various other vendors and venues to help the client to make decisions or ensure it all accomplishes the success of the event.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have worked in the transportation business for 15 years assisting customers with all the details of their corporate and personal events. On a personal note, I spent many years planning and putting together parties for children and adults working with large and small groups. For the past year I have started my own business where I have had the opportunity to help plan a couple weddings, a corporate open house, and a milestone birthday party along with a monthly social event for Western Hills BNI Group.
