Rosanne did a phenomenal job being our day of event coordinator for our wedding. She was organized and prompt when replying to my many questions. I had a long list of random things I needed handled on the day of our wedding. Rosanne handled it all, from decoration set up, charcuterie board set up, organizing well every part of the reception and send off. She helped the day run smoothly and made it so I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. I was able to relax and enjoy the moment and know that everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend Rosanne to anyone planning their wedding!!

After having to fire my previous wedding planner, found this gem of a wedding coordinator/planner!! The first day I knew she was going to be amazing!! She helped in finding last min transportation, calling the venue to make sure we were on top of things, and the day of the wedding handled EVERYTHING!! I can't say enough great things about her!! She was my saving grace!!

Rosanne was hired to help me with day-of coordination for my wedding and she did a great job. There were many small details she helped me with including receiving vendors prior to the event start, helping our wedding party walk down the aisle, cutting the cake, and preparing guests for a sparkler send-off. Although weddings aren’t her primary business, she helped me get done what I needed done, and this made the day a lot less stressful for me!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Because there are so many different details for the events that I plan it is hard to give an exact pricing system. I look at every event individually. Is research needed? How many meetings or calls will need to be made? Is shopping or assembling required? Is set-up or clean-up required? Is consultation service only or day of service or more needed? I try to be reasonably priced working with my customers budget and offering suggestions to help with this if needed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically my first response to a customer is by e-mail or phone. Then I usually request a meeting to go over details, get to know the client better to customize their requests. In some cases it is necessary to visit with various other vendors and venues to help the client to make decisions or ensure it all accomplishes the success of the event.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have worked in the transportation business for 15 years assisting customers with all the details of their corporate and personal events. On a personal note, I spent many years planning and putting together parties for children and adults working with large and small groups. For the past year I have started my own business where I have had the opportunity to help plan a couple weddings, a corporate open house, and a milestone birthday party along with a monthly social event for Western Hills BNI Group.
