I have every intention to continue working with Ashley for as long as I am in Cincinnati. She is an absolute gem of a human being who truly listens to me, something I have not experienced with my previous trainers. In just two months, I have already noticed a significant transformation in my body and energy levels, and my confidence has skyrocketed. She has helped me completely change my out look on personal health! I started my fitness journey a little less than a year ago and had no idea what to expect. Ashley was the best that I could have asked for. She took the time to get to know my strengths, problem areas and goals. She is very knowledgeable and always learning to keep us growing and most importantly showing the proper form, which being new to the gym this was extremely important to me. She is flexible which takes off a lot of pressure with my busy schedule. I cannot recommend Ashley enough; she has provided me with so much confidence and I cannot thank her enough. If you start working out with Ashley, you will not be disappointed!
