I was training for the PT portion of the application process. Working with Ashley was awesome in helping me pass the physical training portion of the police academy test. She created a customized plan that targeted every requirement from improving my running endurance to increasing my strength for push-ups and sit-ups. Her guidance, motivation, and accountability pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. Thanks to her support, I not only passed the test but felt confident and prepared every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without her!

I have every intention to continue working with Ashley for as long as I am in Cincinnati.
