I was training for the PT portion of the application process. Working with Ashley was awesome in helping me pass the physical training portion of the police academy test. She created a customized plan that targeted every requirement from improving my running endurance to increasing my strength for push-ups and sit-ups. Her guidance, motivation, and accountability pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. Thanks to her support, I not only passed the test but felt confident and prepared every step of the way. I have every intention to continue working with Ashley for as long as I am in Cincinnati. Ashley has completely changed my life! My husband and I started doing couples sessions with Ashley January 2022. Since then I've lost 20 pounds 3" in my waist and and down just about 2 dress sizes. Not to mention the health benefits that we've seen and the overall improvement of the quality of our lives.
This journey was not always easy and some weeks were definitely harder than others but Ashley is very good at keeping us motivated and we have fun during our sessions so for us, working out no longer feels like a chore.
