Introduction: Hello! Ive been a NASM certified personal trainer for a little over a year now. As a personal trainer my goal is to uplift you, pour into you, empower you, and more importantly challenge you to become the best version of yourself inside and out.

Working with Ashly has been nothing but a God send! When I was introduced to her, I was at a point in my life where I knew I needed help, but I could not afford the traditional Los Angeles trainer. I also have trust issues with people out here. I knew I needed someone I could have an authentic relationship with to really help me overcome the most challenging parts of weight loss. We connected during the pandemic and ever since we begin working together, she has been consistent. Tough but gentle, kind and stern and really entertaining. These were aspects of training that I missed out on when working with LA trainers in the past. She is extremely transparent about the goals she has for you and the ways in which she will challenge you. Our relationship has helped my commitment to the goals we've set together. Not only will she help you reach your goals physically, she will pour into you mentally to ensure you have a balance. She also provides nutritional guidance to ensure that you are within your daily macros. She has been very helpful with providing food choices for me because I have particular taste buds. Ashley has had her own body transformation so it makes it really easy for her to relate to the process. She is very professional, punctual, and polite.
