Upbeat and very enjoyable to work with. Gym was very clean and well organized. Personal trainers at the gym seem to be involved with each client (have not worked with all of them yet)

Trisha Dehall is the best! Not only does she offer amazing bootcamp classes that challenge every fitness level, but she is always available to her clients to provide helpful advice and motivation about diet and nutrition as well. I've been going for nearly three years now and have never done the same workout twice. She keeps it interesting and really cares about everyone who walks through her doors. If you're concerned about cost, it is the best bootcamp deal in the city. And it really works! I have been so thrilled with my results - I've lost 10% body fat, my body is stronger, I'm living healthier, I have more energy, I've dropped 2 pants sizes, and I love every second of each sweaty workout! Trisha is simply amazing. I was literally scared to get back into working out...it had been five years since I had set foot in a gym. Trisha's gym offers group classes guided by her and they are amazing (or you can do personal training and if she is as good as she is with a group...you will not go wrong with her or the other trainers at her gym). Every fit level and body type are represented; meaning I felt very comfortable even though I had never actually done a boot camp class before and wasn't exactly "in shape". She is fantastic about pushing you and encouraging you to keep getting better and is committed to achieving whatever goals you set out to achieve. She treats you like family and has done so much for me already that I don't ever want to leave her gym!

I've done a lot of group fitness classes in the past and without a doubt, this is the only one that I have not only enjoyed and been challenged in every single class, but also the only one where I felt like the trainer actually cared about me and my success. Trisha really knows her stuff and will help you with a program that works for you! If you are looking to improve your health and fitness, this is the place to do it.

I have been coming to fit body boot camp for over a year and have loved it! It is quite unique because it is more than just a workout. Trisha is constantly giving out health tips, recipes and advise to help you get to your personal health goal. I feel that her extensive background in nutrition and bodybuilding sets her apart from others.
