StrongFit is an excellent place to train and keep motivated. The StrongFit community as a whole is supportive and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to get started on a lifestyle change. No goal is too little or too big! Joe and Jake are down to earth guys that are always there to help make sure you are using proper form, motivating you to keep going, and are always up for a good laugh. I have been training with Jake since May 2018. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and Jake has been excellent at helping me continue my workout goals and make modifications as needed to ensure I am continuing on a safe path for the duration of my pregnancy. I look forward to continuing a fit pregnancy until the baby arrives! I am and will be forever thankful for Joe and Jake!Dec 10, 2018
Steve is an awesome trainer! He pushes me when I need it, but also explains the moves that way I can learn instead of just doing them.May 9, 2017Verified
I decided not to go to this gym because it was too far away from my workplace. But they were super nice.Nov 16, 2016Verified

The three trainers I met at Strongfit had great customer service and were very knowledgable. I have already recommended this facility to people, and I am highly critical when it comes to fitness!Feb 23, 2015Verified
