Erica, is an amazing trainer. She genuinely cares about each client and how to help them reach their goals. She gives you the push and accountability that you need to get through your journey. She is not a person who just worries about you in the gym but is there for you outside the gym as well. She is truly a caring trainer. I dont have support at home and she truly is my support. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing system is not complicated. Session rates vary based on weekly frequency. I also have a referral program in which my current clients can earn free sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My services begin with an initial consultation during which the (potential) client and I sit down and just get to know a bit more about each other. If both of us feel as though the partnership can be successful we move into the next phase. This includes a full evaluation of your current state of wellness (measurements, weight, strength, endurance, ailments, etc.) and goal assessment. From that point I develop an entire comprehensive program that is completely catered to the individual's ability at that moment. All programs are evaluated regularly and progressed/changed as needed for continued success and injury prevention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BS in Exercise Science Certified Trainer w/ NFPT Sports & Nutrition Certification w/ NFPT Bariatric Patient Training Certification w/ Kinesis Centre Level One Coach w/ Precision Nutrition *currently working on my Certified Medical Exercise Specialist program through ACE
