TJ helped me at a time when I had tried everything to get my back in shape after surgery and thought I'd have to just live with the chronic pain. After just a few months of working out with him, the pain subsided and eventually went away completely. His knowledge of how the body works and what one needs to do to stay healthy is vast and well-researched. I'd highly recommend him to others who are serious about taking control of their health and moving forward in a positive way.

I moved here from California about a year ago and have tried many trainers and I personally like TJ's style the best. He is similar to the trainer I had in California. TJ is a real personable guy. He listens and is attentive. He has a holistic approach which I like. I like the time-based workouts and the workouts are planned. He takes time and care with each client to make sure we are using proper form. I highly recommend him.

TJ is the perfect combination of knowledgeable, serious, dedicated, and personable. If you are motivated to reach your goals, whether it's more strength, weight loss, or just better nutrition, TJ is your guide. He's motivational, always on time, and has a no BS approach that I love; he will call you out! I've lost 20 pounds in less than two months, working out with TJ at 5am, between three and four times per week, eating Paleo, and running three miles, three times per week. I'm stronger, leaner, happier, and I feel amazing, even after an 80 hr work week. Thank you, TJ!

Vitruvian Fitness saved my life! My health was declining from a sedentary lifestyle. I was overweight, tired, depressed, and just plain unhealthy. I couldn’t keep up with my kids and I felt awful. Less than a year later thanks to TJ I lost weight, feel great, and I can play with my kids without getting winded!

Highly knowledgeable trainers. I like the fact they did a detailed assessment on me to get me started right. Most trainers I have had just throw me into a workout, but here they took time and modified the exercises to fit me.
