I am a private voice and piano instructor with several years of experience in both classical and musical theater styles. I have my bachelor's degree in music from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, and my master's degree from CCM. I can help you reach your musical goals in any style by starting with solid healthy technique that can translate into any style of singing or playing. My daughter took voice lessons with Katherine to prepare for an audition for SCPA. The experience was very positive and she made it into the school! Katherine was patience and professional with her. I would recommend Katherine to anyone!

Katherine is an extremely qualified, professional voice instructor wha has helped me to make significant progress in my vocal training. Her studio is very nice and rates are very competitive. i would and do highly recommend her as a vocal instructor.

Katherine Krueger is a fantastic voice teacher. She's an empathetic instructor who's truly open to listening to the needs and desires of her students. She takes great care to foster realistic expectations, while encouraging a student to be the best they possibly can. I've made more progress with her in the year and a half that I've been a student in her studio than I have in several years with other instruction, and that's largely because she has no desire to mold my voice in to anything than what it's meant to be, and in this process she's also taught me to love what I've been given.

Our daughter has been working with Kate now for about a year and a half. Kate is very professional and our daughter loves working with her. We, as parents like the fact that Kate pushes her to her highest potential and always has wonderful suggestions for our daughter. Kate also nominated our daughter for the Honor Performance Series in New York last year. Our daughter was selected, which was a hugh honor and a wonderful experience to be able to sing at Carnegie Hall. Kate went above and beyond to make this dream come true!!! Thank you, Kate - from two very proud parents!!
