- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small group classes (max 8 per class) are $15/hr. We also offer an early bird registration discount. Private classes at our office are $250 for 5 one-hour classes. Classes at your home or business are $300 for 5 one-hour classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me and let me know your availability and current level, and I will pair you with one of our experienced, native-speaking teachers to start lessons at our office in Mt. Lookout or in the comfort of your own home or office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are experienced, native-speaking teachers with training in the immersion methodology for learning a language.
