Services I provide are: ✨Standard Clean/Routine Maintenance✨ This clean generally keeps your home looking and smelling its best - weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time - and includes: •Scrubbing/sanitizing kitchen, bathroom & appliance surfaces •Dusting/polishing all surface areas, including mirrors/glass/metal fixtures •Vacuuming floors & detail vacuuming (including upkeep with pet fur & dander on fabric surfaces - I’m pet friendly! 🐶🐱 No need to remove or confine your furry family members!) •Mopping all non-carpeted flooring •Changing sheets and bedding •Washing dishes and running bedding & other laundry through wash/dry when time allows Pricing for Standard Clean is: $95 for first two hours $40 per each additional hour ✨Eco-friendly Green Clean uses only natural cleaning products for $10 fee, just ask! ✨Spring Clean/Move-out or Move-in✨ A deep clean of your residence. In addition to a Standard Clean, this includes: •Wiping down baseboards, doors/doorknobs & cabinetry faces/knobs & pulls •Switch & outlet plate sanitizing •Cleaning out of ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, drawers & pantry •Dusting of ceiling fans/lights/blinds •Interior cleaning of windows This clean is appropriate if housework has been neglected for a while, you are moving into a new space, or you want to ensure a deposit return when vacating a rental space. Standard Clean pricing applies with the addition of an extra $15 per hour Deep Clean fee. I’m 100% dedicated to treating my clients’ homes & belongings with the care and respect I use in my own.
