Matthew was easy to work with, flexible, informative and helpful. He was also punctual, worked quickly and quietly ( he didn’t even wake up my dog) and got our new toilet taken care of in the span of maybe 2 hours? I am woefully ignorant to plumbing costs, procedures, etc so Matthew could have taken the low road and gouged me but he was fair, honest and helpful. Can’t ask for better and will be keeping his number at hand for any future repairs or projects.

Replaced the entire shower valve kit and added shut off valves. This was by one of the best plumbers in the area. Very skilled and knowledgeable about his craftsmanship. Call him for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a new kitchen sink put in and was not told that I would have to change the plumbing due to this issue I didn't have use of my kitchen. I contact Matthew on Tackle, he came out assist the situation told me I was going to need a new garbage disposal along with the other parts in order to completed the job. He purchased the parts that was needed to complete the job. I do not have a before picture but you can see the after. I am very pleased with his work and I would recommend him. I have a reliable plumber that I can call now.

I price very fair. What I usually do is base my pricing off the major plumbing companies and basically split the price in half.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what there issues is. Assess and properly diagnose the problem. Give them options prices and recommendations. If they like I start work right away
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with 3 different plumbing companies. And also I have 9 years of home rehabilitation experience
