- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge between $400-500 per engagement. Pricing varies by location of venue, date, time and number of hours. Once I know all these variable I am able to quote a price for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer will reach out to me via phone, email and/or texting. I immediately respond to the inquiry, recommending that we schedule a time to talk over the phone to determine how my services can best meet their needs. Prior to our phone conversation I always make sure that the customer has viewed by website 300+ song list, 100+ testimonials, 70+ audio samples / video and client list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of guitar and music theory classes before age 18.
